David Rinaldo is the founder and leader of Botanical Garden Designs. An avid garden designer with a degree in Fine Arts and a Masters in Education, David spent over 16 years in the museum world, including the world renowned Royal Ontario Museum (ROM).

While in London England, David chanced across the "Museum of Garden History" and thought - this is a concept that belongs in North America. Thus the American Garden Museum was born. The American Garden Museum highlights the personal story of the gardener with inspirational accounts of garden history and culture. It also exhibits selected botanical gardens as resources.

a division of the American Garden Museum Inc. was finally established to handle this new, growing interest in historical garden design.
